FIL just emailed me that he called and booked our RD. We're having it at Wickers in Hicksville. I have never been there but heard very good things about it. I called around to several places yesterday and they were either booked for the date or couldn't accommodate us. One more thing done, another billion to go.

Re: Another check:RD booked
I had a Thanksgiving day dinner there with my family a good. . .15 years ago or so. I remember it being VERY yummy, and that was back in the mid-1990s.

A few were booked and surprisingly a lot of places said our party was too small to host on a Sat night (35 adults and 3 kids).
