What should I expect to pay for a 3br. condo in Nassau county...good area and school district. Thanks in advance. Also, How much lower can you usually bid on an asking price...I mean are condo prices usually just as inflated as houses?
I'm not really sure about condo prices in nassau. I saw one in plainview built in the 70's listed for 399,000 (i have difficulty finding condos in nassau I mostly see co-ops listed) and in suffolk for a 3 br built in the 90's i saw was listed for 380,000 but I've seen them listed for as high as 500,000+ depending on the area.
A 3br. townhouse in my development usually lists for about $425k.
