Another dog-related

question. Does anyone know of a dogsitter or a dog hotel that i can put my 93 pound pitbull in when i go on my honeymoon? She has NEVER EVER been boarded or watched by soemone else. If we don't find someone/place we trust, we will not be going on a honeymoon! She's TOTALLY pampered and spoiled, so she doesn't know any other way.

Anyone??

Are you in Nassau County? My sister used to board her dog at Barkingham Palace (LOL) in Port Washington. Her dog was her baby...I know she went through great lengths to find a suitable place to board her. No idea of $$$.

Years ago we used to take our dog there. Each dog is in a separate pen with an indoor and outdoor area...so its their choice to be inside or outside.

They also once or twice a day take the dog out and let them run....now this is 10+ years ago...but they are still around so it may be worth checking out. I had a small Shi Tzu at the time who was also pampered and treated like a king.
