is someone eventually going to throw you a shower party??? is this like, an unspoken rule that every bride WILL have a shower???
i'm just curious. i'm the party planner of the group and i'm worried absolutely NO ONE will throw me a shower!!! waaaaahhhhhhhh

NO, it's not a guarantee. Why don't you talk to your MOH or your mom? Usually they arrange it.

My mom has been talking about throwing me a shower forever, so I just assumed. But I'd talk with your mom/BP about it, because I don't think EVERYONE has one.

You are nice. I just put my shower list together with names and addresses. Highlighted people who would definitely come and emailed it to my entire bridal party saying this is who has to be invited. I just assumed since I did it for most of them they would do it for me.

My mom is very traditional so she was on top of it from the get go. She got in touch with my MOH who is doing the planning part - my mom is just footing the bill.
