ANother EBAY QUestion---Quick Help Please!

Can I use a picture from a website to post what I have to sell?

Like, if I have fructis shampoo (which I do not BTW), could I use the pic they have on the website?

yes you can.

You can but if Fructis finds out they will simply remove the picture. Highly unlikely.

But I know plenty of people who have tried to sell Dell pcs on Ebay and had their pics removed after they posted their auctions.

Dell monitors ebay.
