Another invitation question (Sorry!)

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm not sure how to put everything in the envelopes. My invite itself is 2 parts - the part with all the wording and info and then another part that folds around that and is tied with a ribbon. (I don't have a separate reception card) Do I insert all the other stuff (RSVP card and envelope and direction card) in there - but then it will be hiding the actual invitation when someone opens it; or put the other stuff behind it; in front of it? I'm so confused. And does everything go into the inner envelope, or just the actual invitation and the other stuff just into the outter envelope??
