Another invite address question

Hi my lovely ladies.. invites are driving me insane!!!!

How do you address someone with teenagers... we are doing pocketfolds so no inner envelopes so for the outer envelopes, should we write 'Mr. John Doe and Family' (he is divorced too)

If there were 2 or less kids we listed them out. If there were more we put and family.
