did any of you girls purchase the extended warantee? ... if youve had it for a while, has it broken down at all?

Remember that most manufactorers have a built-in 1 year manufactorers warranty..
I always get the extended though.. YOU NEVER KNOW..

I HATE WARANTEES it always adds so much extra onto the price......however, we got one for our big screen too

it comes with a 1 year...
i called up.. to get an extended a 2 year is 250, a 5 year is 400....

I have had mine for about a year and not one problem yet. My mom has had hers for several years and no problems. I never buy the extended warranty for home products except for my big screen.

We did and thank goodness we did. Something on it broke because of that stupid blackout we had this summer. It got fixed no problem, no charge

i just talked to fh... he says' if were getting the tv for free why spend money on a warantee and possibly never use it, how much would it really be to fix it if it broke'....
