How about a non creamy soup if your in the mood for something hot.

A big salad (no bacon!!no croutons!!!!)
a turkey wrap with roasted peppers and mustard
a fruit salad and a lite yogurt ?

I don't know if your following any diet in particular.

I just don't want to over-stuff my face with the lunch that is being sent over today!!! I have no control!

I understand - why dont you go out for a walk before- it is awesome out today and then maybe you wont be that hungry when you get back.

I don't know how I did it...

my co-workers went out to Green Cactus for lunch (one of my FAVORITE places!!) and I managed to resist... I got a dumb old turkey wrap from our cafeteria instead. I swear I don't know where the willpower came from! I love my burritos!!!

I refuse to set myself up for that disappointment... So I got the cute boy cut shorts and a halter top bathing suit.. I will never be Bikini material .... I have so many body issues !

ok...
lunch is over...and as luck would have it, the only thing left over (that of course i had to eat!)
was half a tuna (with veggies) on rye bread sandwich. i ate it. but i don't feel terrible about it.
