According to the TOWN OF OYSTER BAY website, either baptismal certificate OR bith certificate are fine.

I know from others that went to the city tho, that all u need is state ID/Driver License nothing else was required, unless the rules on LI are different

I called hemstead and they were very nice..if I never called, I wouldn't have known that FH needed his divorce papers! Thank GOD I called.
You need the Bc or pp, or babtism thingie AND a license in LI
