we stayed at the four seasons and it was awesome!!
rooms are beautifull the resort is gorgeous

I dont know about the other one. but my vote is for four seasons.

i am staying at the grand waleia. my friend stayed at the 4seasons and although she loved it, she said she would stay at grand waleia if she had to do it again. she said the 4seasons was more quiet and only had 1 main pool. Grand Waleia has several pools and a grand spa.

Definitely the Four Seasons and go for the Club Level (personal concierge, free--and excellent--food and drink, treat you unbelievably). A bit more pricy though. The Grand Wailea looked like spring break + families with tons of kids. Not my idea of a quiet romantic honeymoon IMO.
