Where would you live? i think this would be even harder deciding. I would still definitely stay in NYC, get a house somewhere else for summer or something but in NYC it would be hard picking a place.
I don't know if i would want to live in Manhattan, especially not to raise a family.
Hmmm maybe old westbury mansions, manhasset, or maybe a nice penthouse in manhattan would be ideal for now

I'd move to Hawai'i.
I'd get FH and myself a little grass hut on stilts and spend my life watching the waves hit the beach.

I would still live in NYC!!! I could never leave here. But I would definetly buy a house in Italy and spend a few months outta the year there. And maybe a house in HAwaii.

I'd live in a beautiful house on the water on the South Shore, have a vacation house somewhere in the caribbean and another in Italy!

were looking in westbury now for a house. It's a great area. and like you said still lclose to the city. I am from Queens too.

We already have all of this figured out
My parents said they would stay where we are now just knock down our house and rebuild - so we would also stay in Howard Beach, just build a new house A TASTEFUL HOUSE - not the usual obnoxious houses that are so popular here lol
Then, from about January to April we would have a house in the Florida Keys - before hurricane season.
And I would also build a small house in my parents' town in Sicily for the holidays.
None of these houses would be mansions though - I think that is tacky! no reason to have 14 bedrooms, or gold toilets LOL but still much bigger than my current house now! lol and plenty of room for friends and family!

Me too! We're in W. Babylon now, so I would buy a house in Babylon Village south of Montauk Hwy. I would also buy a townhouse in Manhattan. And I'm obsessed with the movie Under the Tuscan Sun (Diane Lane's husband leaves her and she takes a vaca to Italy and winds up buying a villa in Tuscany and fixes it up and lives there), so I'd buy a villa in Tuscany and fix it up like they did in the movie..
