Another Mexico HM question...

Hi Girls,
So, we have our HM booked for Cabo San Lucas at the Cabo Villas Beach Resort. I was all excited until I read about the Mexico thing and saw the coming attractions for the news and that another girl got shot at the border. I believe that it's no big deal down by the resorts and that this has been going on for awihle, but I'm afraid to walk ouside with my huge german shepherd at night in our neighborhood. I could potentially see my anxiety ruining our entire trip. Could someone please give me a clue whether I should attempt to reschedule this entire thing??? TIA

No matter where you go there are issues, where are you ever really 1000 % safe. no where not even in your house.

The issues are at the border no where near the resorts your fine. Im going there for the first week of my honeymoon and im not worried at all. They also had a thing where they are just telling ppl to beware in general.
