Another New Girl!!!

Hi everyone!!! I'm new here. One of the girls that I've been talking to on the ultimatewedding website told me about this site. I'm getting married June 4 2004. The only thing I've done so far is book my hall, and my mom and I have been looking at dresses. I'm pretty lost as to what else I'm supposed to do, but we're getting by. I'm the first of my whole family and all my friends to do the wedding thing, so we're all pretty lost!!! Anyway, I'm looking forward to having a bunch of people to talk to about wedding things!!!

WELCOME and CONGRATS!!! The hall is the biggest. Photo, video, DJ/Band, flowers, they all come next. Are you having the ceremony at the hall?

Welcome!!! And hey, just curious - June 4 is a Wednesday (I know that because my birthday is June 5th) Is there any reason why you picked a Wednesday?

I'm getting married June 4, 2004-it's a friday. I just checked the calender to make sure...BTW what are STD's (I'm sure it's not what I think it is)...

STD's are Save the Dates. I wondered the same thing when I saw it for the first time!

I just ordered mine today!!! Our wedding is not until July 3rd, 2004, but since it is a holiday weekend I want to send them out early.

OOps - DUH you're right!! Good, that means that my b-day is on a Saturday! Whoo hoo! (Don't know why I thought it was a Thursday )

Man, that's because it's on a Thursday THIS year. I'm a bonehead.... sorry....
