another nurse question or questions...

1) is it true that you ONLY need an associates to become a nurse? i would go for my bachelors as soon as i get a job

2) how many tests are there to get your nursing license?

3) What are the best nursing schools on the island?

yes its true you only need your associates to become a nurse. A lot of times people try to take prerequisites before they get into the nursing program..luckily when i went to school they let me take my preq's at the same time as i was in the nursing program... so look into that.

You only have to take the nclex which some people callt he boards to get your license. You will take the same test regardless of if you get the associates or bachelors.

you have to look at the nursing schools on long island and make the best choice for you. Personally I went to suffolk for my associates and am in stonybrook now for my bachelors.....
