another NWR hair related qestion......

With all the hype about using sulfate-free shampoos, do any of you ladies use a sulfate free shampoo? None in the drugstores are, and I heard they aren't as effective in cleaning your hair.

Anyone have any info about that? I would hate to give up my Herbal Essences
