Another PET PEEVE!!! RRRRR

I am all for minority rights in work places (I am one myself), BUT when you have to ask someone what they ordered 5X b/c you can't understand them, then there is a problem!! Not only did my day start on the bad foot but to have to repeat my order 5X b/c he couldn't understand a word I said, irked me more. I really wanted to jump behind the register and do my own order.
Then, he doesn't tell me how much my order came to and HELLO I am short I cannot see behind the freakin' glass wall that covers the register monitor where the price pops up. I had to ask that question 3X. Will NEVER go back there again!! RRRR

At my old job, some of the people working in the cafeteria could barely speak english. Sometimes I had to repeat my order several times before someone else would finally come over and tell them what I was saying in their language.
