Some people that we invited by themselves RSVP-ed for two (so annoying but a whole other topic). They wrote Joe Smoe and Guest will attend. Can i put Mr Joe Smoe and Guest on the place card? I am so annoyed that these people did this and I do not feel like bothering to find out their Guest's names, or would it be too rude to write 'and Guest'? Thanks!

Re: Another Place Card Question
No way, don't bother figuring out their names too, you have enough to do. I would leave it as Guest. If they didn't bother with adding their 'guest's' name, I wouldn't either.

Can you just write the one name? They can figure it out.

Re: Another Place Card Question
This is a sore subject with me. I had a couple of people invite themselves with guests. I in no way shape or form am acknowledging them by name. At this point they are lucky I even put '& Guest'!!!
