Oxford. My company picks up 60% of the premiums, so the cost istn't too bad, considering.
The all time worst I ever had was Cigna!

We have Vytra and they just about doubled our rates - I ended up dropping the optometrist and dental coverage just to keep the rates more reasonable - saves me about $900 a year by doing that.
