When you make roasted red potatoes how long do you put them in the oven? And on what temp? Im so bad a t this cooking thing!TIA!

When my dad makes them, I *think* he puts it on 375 for a good hour or so, but it's cooking with the chicken and has oil and spices and carrots and onions so it's more of a moist dish. But I wouldn't quote me on that, I would hate for you to burn your dinner because of me lol.

I usually put the oven at 350 and cooking time depends on the size of the potato, I usually poke a few of them or taste one to make sure they are cooked through.

i agree.....i poke them too but it usually takes a good 30 minutes

This is how I cook em: Quarter baby red or yukon gold potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper - roast for 30 mins @ 450
