Ok, one more - How many programs do you order? Do you go by how many guests invited to your reception? (I am getting married at a church). And is it one per guest?

Being familiar with weddings in NY, that not everyone that goes to the reception goes to the church, I am planning on doing 50-75 programs. That will depend on the # of guests attending. Our minimum for the hall is 175, so I figure 50-75 should be good. Plus, not every person will take one.

We got married at the hall. We had 270 guests I made about 180 programs.
Not everyone takes them, I have a bag with about 60 of them the hall gave back to us sitting in my closet.

I got married at my hall, made about 75 programs for 135 people and still came home with about 10-15 left over.

we ordered 125 programs. We figure that will be enough for 1 program per couple. You have to remember that everyone that comes to the reception will not be at the ceremony.
