Another program question.....

I need to put a mention on the back of the program about a hospitality hour for the 'infamous gap.'

Anyone know how I should word this?

Four Points Sheraton from 4:30-7:00
There will be refreshments, but no free alcohol.....I believe FIL's are going to be paying for soda and coffee, but no alcohol. We don't want people showing up to CH already trashed. There will also probably be some cookie platters or something.

It's basically just to give people a place to go during the GAP.

Or something like Please join us for coffee and cookies/cake

People may still think refreshments are alcohol

What about:

'Immediatly following the ceremony, please join us for some sweets at .......'
