so there have been some negative comments about bridal elegance on here but my experiences w phylis so far have been amazing. and today was no different.
i had my first fitting...i will post pics later...and i forgot to tell her i wanted a slip underneath my dress before she started pinning it (i know, i'm really not bright) so she had to take the pins out, get me in a slip, and then she had to redo the bustle and everything. i felt really bad but she wasn't mad about it and everything was beautiful when she redid it...except the bustle which i had changed my mind about twice already. i didn't like the way it made the dress fall in the front, so i told her and she tried a different style bustle and it made it look great. i LOVE the way my dress will look after it's all done!
i tried my veil on too and i was SO happy!! the dress looked exactly the way i wanted it to, i can't wait till the alterations are made and i can wear it...next MONTH!!

I too love Phyllis and Bridal Elegance! I have had nothing but positive experiences with them! They called me when my gown came in which only took 3 months!!! I am having her alter a BM dress for me that I had to buy in Brooklyn. She is awesome!! Glad you are having the same experience as I am!!

I used Phyllis too and she did an excellent job. I will write more in my review. I highly recommend her. She's wonderful and takes her time
