I saw the exchange rate for the Eur is doing pretty well this week so I thought I'd jump on it and exchange some $ for the honeymoon. Gave them 2k USD and got back 1,300 Eur. Ouch! Between my post office adventure and this .... I'm staying in for lunch tomorrow!
Where'd you exchange it? I wanted to do the same but I think Chase wont give me enough.
There's an Amex (or what used to be - they just changed names and I can't rem what it said) right across from my building here in the city. I'm downtown, Wall Street. Chase doesn't do fx.
My Chase does. I've gotten Euros, pounds and Peruvian Soles there. I work in midtown..but they dont five as much.
