another tipping Q

this always confuses me and i have 4 days to go...

i have photog who owns the co and an assistant - would it be weird to just tip the assistant?

i have an MC who owns the co and a dj who doesnt - is it weird just to the tip the dj?

I really dont follow the owner theory. I would still tip them.

Our MC/DJ is also the owner of the company, but we are still going to tip him.

According to FrugalBride.com , it says to tip the dj up to $100. FH and I are going to tip both DJ's $100.

We have 2 photographers and 1 videographer and I think we are also going to tip them $100 each.

I wouldn't tip the owners. They own the company and pay themselves well already. I personally think the whole tipping thing is out of control as it is. I would however tip the assistants since they are not making nearly as much money as the owner. But I also think that if you have the money and wanted to the tip the owners you should do what you want.

For my DJ and MC, the MC was an owner. I gave each of them $75. Rethinking it, I should have given it all to my MC. But, I digress.

Photog: My main photog was the owner and he brought an assistant. I gave them $100 each because they were just so incredible.
