i have an aunt that lives there and christmas was alwyas at her house..i love it there!!

OMGGG i was just asking a co-worker about this area today!!!!! She said the rumor is that some prior president lived in Port Washington and didn't want to go through Jamaica (which takes FOREVER) so that's why the trains are so good and it's such a good line!!! don't know how true this is!!!

I work in Port and Student taught there as well. It is nice, very expensive, but nice. Great schools, but very crowded. It is very hard to park around there and far from the highway but the train lines are great and so easy to get to the city

houses we're looking at have the same taxes just think of future, no $$$ for private schools!!!!!!

Well, we don't plan on putting our kids in private school - so a good public school is key!
