im always early... so im sure Celia and I will be there between 12 and 12:15...

I always come everywhere early, but as it is the king of lateness will be driving me (ie FH) I hope to make it for 12:30

Because my lovely FH is late to everything, he has been told that we need to be there by noon.
We'll probably make it there by 12:20.

They let you put the raffles in after the ceremony too. That's what I did last year - put half in before and half in after.

That's a great question. FM Client Services. The ceremony was at 12:30 and was about 20-30 minutes. They still let you enter for a while after that.
