The price looks great there....We were really thinking a restaurant but after looking,I am considering it....Any opinion's or problems anyone knows of? Thanks!!

I just saw that.....that's an issue definitely!!!
If it really is your top contender and you are aware of the issues already, you can have them add certain things to your contract, that way it's in writing.

The Riviera is amazing. We're booked there and although it's just the beginning, they have been very accommodating, from working with us on the price, to payment plans and throwing in freebies. Go there and talk to Paul. We got an amazing feeling as soon as we walked in.
