Antique/Vintage jewelers? (xpost from BHB)

Does anyone know of where I can go so I can learn more about my ring? All I know is that its an antique that my jeweler got an estate sale. I'm curious to know the era its from. It looks similar to the 1940's Art Nouveau pieces I've seen.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Try HL gross in garden city. They sell tons of estate pieces my mom and aunt have a few pieces each from this jeweler. FH purchased my engagement ring from HL Gross and i couldn't be happier. they are always so very accommodating as well! :)
