Anxiety

Does anyone else get wedding budget anxiety from time to time?

It seems like it swings from being absolutely calm in knowing that everything will work out (it always does) and feeling like I can't breathe because I don't know how FH and I will have enough money to pay for everything
Life expenses keep getting in the way!

You are not alone.

I'm constantly looking at our budget..and i start feeling nauseous everytime I start thinkingk we might not be able to pay for the wedding.

All the time! I am paying for everything and it is really creepy! I already have money in savings but that doesn't mean I want to spend it all!

omg yes. I always get anxiety about being able to afford everything because I'm not working right now. But I always tell myself, that it will all work out some way and that everything will be fine...

sometimes but i have to remember we have a budget and other expenses so all money cannot go towards the wedding- we want to eat too lol

I get anxiety about it all the time too!1 I know it will work out (it always does seems to) but I just cant believe how expensive everything is....and it all adds up so fast!!

God yes! Espeially since our guest list has moved from 225 to 250 to just over 300 now!

We set an incredibly realistic budget for our salaries and factored in how we'd want to live until we get married so we dont have to stress about it. Yes I want it to be amazing but it can be amazing for $30,000 or less and I can still have money to go out, pay rent and do things I want to do.

OMG! Everyday my mom breaks out her wedding budget spread sheet and we 'review.'

I've gotten the opportunity to make extra money teaching grad school, so it's not 'where will this money come from' that gives me panic attacks but rather 'when will i have time to work all these hours and plan the actual wedding' that makes me break out into a cold sweat!!!

Only on LI do we feel the need to spend more than that average American earns in a year on a wedding...but I wouldn't have it any other way!
