i'm so sorry that your going through this pam, and to my other girls. I also get panic attacks from time to time. I've always been a worrier. Whereas most people think about what's going to happen next week, I'm always thinking about what going to happen years from now. What's even worse is I worry about things that are beyond my control. I think we all have a lot of things on our plate which just adds to the stress and it just builds up. FH and my mom tell me i should 'turn my brain off' but i can't. i hope that you find a way to deal with your attacks, we're here for u.

Yeah, my family says the same thing. I'm a born worrier. Like you, I worry about stuff that i can't control or that's so far off in the future it's ridiculous. I have an upcoming trip. Taking amtrak train for the first time. I'm worried about bathrooms and food. So not normal to worry about these things months in advanced.

Its hard to to worry about these things though, but once you start thinking about them you just cant stop, until you do something to fix it in your head...a therapist i had seen once told me that it could be considered a form of OCD...
