Anxiety

I swore it wouldn't happen to me, but with a little less then three months to go, the random anxiety is hitting me......I am so anxious and irritable. All of my stress settles in my back, and I now have teo huge knots in my back.

that's no good. I have the same problem. lower back down my right leg.

we have to keep telling each other to relax. lol. here are some hugs!
