My shower is tomorrow and I'm sooo anxious about having 50 people staring at me...ooohing and ahhing over gifts.



I hate being center of attention, and yes, I'm aware the wedding will be worse!!!

i totally felt the same way. i was so nervous the day before and the morning of my shower, but as soon as i walked into the room i was completely calm. it really wasnt as weird as i thought it would be to have everyone staring at me. have fun!

Thanks ladies, I'm sure it will be ok. I have butterflies now, I can't imagine tomorrow!!! eeek!

aww dont worry! I was nervous too for the same reasons buts once you get in there its a lot of fun and you'll have a great time!!

Don't worry! I hate being the center of attention and was dreading the gift opening part too but honestly, so many people weren't even paying attention to me..they were chatting away as I was opening gifts.. I was perfectly fine with that!

I also hate being center of attention. But once I was at my shower I had such a great time.

I felt exactly the same way, but after about 15mins and a glass of champagne punch I was fine

Don't worry, relax, and just breathe, your going to have a great time

I felt the same way!! I was actually pretty anxious the whole time I was there, anticipating the gift opening (and then the shower ended right after that!). But it was a lovely day and I did enjoy it and I'm sure you'll enjoy yours too! Have a glass (or two) of champagne.

I just want to tell you you're not alone, I'm the same way! I made it through 2 showers though so you can do it! Just concentrate on your friends and don't think about it too much. A drink might help also!

I'm worried that I'm going to puke when I start to walk down the aisle, trying to figure out how to avoid that one!
