I am sorry to barge in on your board, but I have a question??? Any advice on how to keep RSVP's organized??? I just received my first 5 and I don't know where to put them, or how to go about the whole seating process. Stupid me forgot to # them on the back. Any ideas??? Thank you!!!!!!

Re: Any Advice?????
Click on 'My Wedding' at the top. It wil take you to a page that you can use to organize your guest list and seating chart.
'The Knot' has something similar as well.

Re: Any Advice?????
Honestly, I used an excel spreadsheet to keep track of everything. It tallied the numbers for me, and then once they were added to the spreadsheet, we placed the RSVPs in a pile.

Re: Any Advice?????
we used an excel sheet... had all the names, their address, how many were invited, how many were coming- and then the gift they gave-and when I sent a thank you I put that there too
As for the cards--- my mom kept them in two boxes---small ones- one for NO and one for YES (mom kept them cause they went to her)

Excel has a great wedding template to keep you organized with your guest list, what gifts you received and if you sent out Thank You cards.

Re: Any Advice?????
I am seriously considering using a Microsoft Access Database. I was thinking of designing one to use so I can customize it to what I want. In the mean time, I am using the one on this site, since its kinda cool and then I don't have to worry about being at my computer to access it... (So when I am at my house I can do it, and when I am at Mom's and want to show her whats going on it's right there... etc.)
