I just got my envelopes back from Kathy and I am ready to stuff!!! Any advice before I start. I already have the coffee ready
Do I have to put the tissue paper in?

I feel lazy, I'm having my calligrapher assemble mine. It was hard enough getting time to drive there and drop them off!

Keep all liquids away!
Wash your hands, take off nailpolish (it can sometimes rub off on the paper)
Don't start unless you are really in the mood
Take it slowly
Have fun! Look at how pretty they are as you put them together!

Ok so I started already but I need to take a break. I am doing this alone so it is very hard. I only have 128 more to do. I only did 30 so far

Someone told me that I should take a pencil and on the back of each response card write a # on the bottom corner that coinsides with your guest list. Sometimes the handwriting is hard to read & this way you can look on the back and figure out who it is that is or isn't coming.

I started putting the postage on the response cards tonight. I am also doing the # thing on the back of the response cards. When are you mailing yours out.
I think I am going to mail them out next weekend.

I was going to suggest that too!!! Good minds think alike!!!
My friend had people respond with out putting their names on the RSVP's, so she had to call, or figure it out by process of elimination... What a pain in the a**...

Thanks everyone!!! I already finished stuffing them but they are not sealed yet. Maybe I should open them all up and do the number thing.

Use a piece of cardboard the same size as your envelopes and keep reusing it on each invitation to slide in the tissue paper easily. Slide it in w/the tissue paper and hen hold in the tissue apper and take the piece of cardboard out.
