OMG I'm dying, but I want to be a good Mama - anybody else dealing with this?

Re: Any Bride Quit Smoking?
My husband quit. It has been 11 days. He has smoked since he was 15 and he is now 34. He needs to quit!! I would ask him how he is doing with not smoking and he asked me not to discuss it. He is hanging in there though. GOOD LUCK....You can do it also!

Re: Any Bride Quit Smoking?
I was a heavy smoker and now haven't had a cigarette for one year and three months. It's hard at times but so doable. I wish you luck and fm if you need support!

I husband smokes and I am concerned for his health. He always says he has to quit but never does. I wish there was something I could do.

Re: Any Bride Quit Smoking?
I went to Dr. Frank Nasso
(718) 966-7100 4546 Hylan Blvd Staten Island, NY 10312

Auriculotherapy is a non-invasive form of acupuncture - it really works to get rid of all physical cravings (it's the mental ones that kill you).
It really did work - maybe your DH would go. I just get cravings - ESPECIALLY when I'm alone.

Re: Any Bride Quit Smoking?
It's been almost 2 years since I've quit. I joined SmokEnders and it worked for me after trying everything else.
It's been hard, but I know I did the right thing (even on the days that I want one badly!).
