I had it a few yrs ago and then kind of grew out of it- or i thought... I just found out yesterday and its been years so im having such a hard time figuring stuff out now... I need to know what i can eat, can't eat and restaurants that offer gluten free food... I'm researching everything now! So your hall is catering to your allergy?

I haven't asked them yet. I follow a very basic diet called the 'Paliolithic Diet' it's Fruits, Nuts, Veggies, and Protein. Gluten you have to be careful of sauces and cold cuts, hot dogs. You can have tortilla chips and potato chip (anything corn, rice, or potato based) It seems so hard at first but I Love it I feel so much healthier now that I am on it! I only found out about my allergy six months ago after we booked the place, but they should be accomadating. Have no worries!

Oh so you are new to it to. I have been doing research and they have come a long way with having GF menus. There are many websites: GlutenfreeLI.com, Celiac.com, Celiac Chicks. Years ago i found a great bakery called Joan's Bakery she has some really good bagels and stuff. Where do you do your shopping? Trader Joes?
