Any brides having their ceremony at a location other than a church....

where are you having it? I am looking for a non-religious/non denominational location for the Fall of 06. I have to rule out the CW Post chapel and the Historic Chapel, so any other suggestions??
PLEASE HELP!!!

would you be able to do it where you are having your reception?

We're having ours at our reception hall - Westbury Manor.

Yes, but the place where I want to have the reception is not too scenic for picures which is why I am asking. I love the place but the lack of photo opportunities is the one drawback!

What about contacting a long island museum or art gallery about renting their space for short ceremony? I don't know if they do this, but it makes for an interesting space.

Our ceremony was held outside at our reception site. You check out parks in the area. If it is a small ceremony a lot of parks just require a permit.
