Any brides out there have FH's that work for LIRR???

Any brides out there have FH's that work for LIRR???
If so, will you be going on to his medical/dental plan? I left my old job 2 months ago and FH said don't take COBRA because i can go onto his medical. Does anyone know if I can go on it if I show them our marriage license? Or do they need the actual certificate?

my FH works for the LIRR! (only as of about 2 months ago).
What does your FH do there?
I will be going onto his plan once we're married. For now, I still have my own job's plan. I don't know what they need to see to let you on his plan.

my FH is an asst conductor and is currently taking the classes for the conductor exam. he's been with them for about 4 years now.
what about your FH? does he have the stinky hours since he's new? i remember when FH was new i never saw him!

what about your FH? does he have the stinky hours since he's new? i remember when FH was new i never saw him!
My FH is an Assistant Signalman. His hours are actually quite normal, for now! It's the first time since I've known him that he gets weekends off. But I wish he had more overtime possibilities.

he should go for the conductor position! FH has been getting called for overtime alot lately because they have to do extra work at shea stadium since it's baseball season. he worked for 3 hours the other day but got paid for 8!

Crazy Question about this...
MY FH works for Metro North and is DYING to work for the LIRR because we are moving to LI. He is finishing a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has worked for Metro-North for 10 years. He's really wanting to get one of those management or administrative positions. I feel like you need an IN to get one of these positions. Anyone have an IN???? I'd be forever grateful!

LOL fh has been in the application process with LIRR for years now. He applied for the assistant conductor position when I first started law school and I'm graduating in 2 weeks! The last time, around October he tood, a test with terms and signals on it and he also had to write an essay. He hasn't heard anything since. I wish they'd just hire him already.

Dh works for LIRR and I am on his plan, I had to show the marriage license and my birth certificate and social that was all to get on his plan.
