Any Coral House brides in the next few months out there? Just wanted to make sure you were aware that the Parks Department is dredging Milburn Pond and so the Coral House side of the lake is blocked off by a white fence that the Coral House has put up. The whole lake is surrounded by a chain link fence. I am getting married there this weekend (10/12) and found out about this from the Parks Department. When I asked the Coral House why they did not tell me when I was there the night before, they said they did not want to worry any brides.
I was told by the Parks Department (i have an 'inside' connection) that the water would be in the lake by Spring. THe lake won't be completely done until Labor Day. I just booked the Coral House and the Parks Dept. assured us it would beautiful
