Any crescent brides?

Anyone getting married at crescent beach club? Has anyone said anything to you about glare from the windows on the photogs or video?

I'm getting married there, and I haven't heard any problems about the glare - good point though, but I think it should be all good....

I'm getting married there also. I didn't hear anything about glare from the windows and I have seen a friend's photos from her wedding there and there were no pics with glares. Did you hire a photographer yet?

All of the photographers that I went to had been to the CBC millions of times and they showed me pictures from there and they all came out beautiful, even the ones inside... I would ask the photographer that you get if they every had problems and I think it depends on when you're wedding is also...

I'm in the process of booking a photog, but he has warned my parents about using a videographer with a light- that it will create glare and ruin the pics-- i dont know if he is for real or just wants me to only use his video guy--
have any of u chosen a photographer or video yet?

I went with Leli for both photo and video... I think I'm gonna email him now just to check it out....

My photog- has tons of photos at the crescent- in fact i saw his album there- i just dont know if he is trying to get me to use his video guy or what- he told me that the video he uses doesnt have a light in order to avoid any glare, but he told my FIL that they do use a light--- im just confused and was wondering if anyone had heard ANYTHING like that-- i might even call crescent tomorrow to see if its ever been an issue they heard of

Are you using a vendor from the Crescent Beach Club's list for photography? We looked at 2 photographers from the list, and 1 that was not from the list. We are using Wild Rose Video.

we're using DUET ....and they have been at CBC before, so i'm sure they know waht they are doing....i thought the vendors on the list were too $$ for me...so i did some shopping on my own....

I think that we are going to go with Creative Compositions. I heard a lot of good things about Duet. We also went to see Patken and Verdi.

We had absolutely no problems with glare in the photos or video. If the sun is really bright that day and there's a glare, your photographer and viedographer will just face and shoot the other way.

Who did you use as a photographer? And did you use a band or dj?
