I'm having a cocktail party this weekend ... lots of alcohol and plenty of finger foods ...

Deviled Eggs are easy to make ahead...
Also I don't know what this is called, but here's another recipe I love:
Cucumber peeled & sliced thin 1 loaf of Pumpernickel cocktail bread Philadelphia cream cheese softened 1 package of Good Season's Itailian Dressing Fresh or dried Dill
Mix cream cheese and Italian dressing mix. Spread over Pumpernickel cocktail slices. Top with a thinly sliced cucumber & sprinkle dill over top.
These are really easy and taste very light and fresh! Sometimes I cut them diagonally so that they are more bite-size.

I love making the stuffed mushrooms - you can prepare them ahead and then pop in the oven when your ready to eat them! All I use is the Alouette cheese - herb and garlic. They are delicious and they always go fast.

How about Breadsticks or Mellon wrapped in proscuitto??!
This is one of my favorite appetizers, everyone seems to love it!
