You don't need your last name because it is mentioned with your parents.

You really shouldn't have them though unless you want. Im looking at my wedding book with invite samples and they are not there on any of them.

Mr. and Mrs. BRIDE PARENTS request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter
BRIDE FIRST NAME
to
GROOM FIRST NAME
son of Mr. and Mrs. GROOM PARENTS Saturday, the fourteenth of July Two thousand and seven at half past TIME o’clock in the afternoon
RECEPTION HALL NAME ADDRESS Ave CITY, NY ZIP
Technically you do not have to put your last name and your FH's last name because you both have the same last name as your parents. Here's what I would do:
Mr. and Mrs. BRIDE PARENTS request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter
BRIDE FIRST NAME
to
GROOM FIRST NAME
son of Mr. and Mrs. GROOM PARENTS Saturday, the fourteenth of July Two thousand and seven (personally I'd take out the 'and' but that's personal preference at half past TIME o’clock in the afternoon
RECEPTION HALL NAME ADDRESS Avenue CITY, New York ZIP

Re: Any errors???
Is your reception at the hall also. If so put reception immediately following. You don't need receptions card if you are having everything at one place.

yep, the year MUST be on it, but the 'and' doesn't have to be there (I would put 'Two thousand seven')

I guess that would be a def personal preference I would put and in my opinion it looks better.
Also I have always seen and in all the wedding books with examples of invites. Also my proofreader for my invites kept that in mine.
So it is a personal preference.

Actually this is a great point! If ceremony and location are at the same place, I would do:
Mr. and Mrs. BRIDE PARENTS request the honour of your presence at the marriage of their daughter
BRIDE FIRST NAME
to
GROOM FIRST NAME
son of Mr. and Mrs. GROOM PARENTS Saturday, the fourteenth of July Two thousand seven (no 'AND' but if you want it, you can leave it) at half past TIME o’clock in the afternoon
RECEPTION HALL NAME ADDRESS Ave CITY, New York (Spell out everything and leave out zip)
Reception Immediately Following

Re: Any errors???
If you want to include the accent mark over the 'e' in Jose ... if you are using Word, you hold down the ' key and control at the same time, let go and hit type 'e.' But it looks fine the way it is!
