All I know is that when I tried to get in touch with her, it took her three weeks to send me an email back - that was a copy/paste job with an attachment. I figured I didn't want to work with her because she had taken so long to get back to me with no reason whatsoever . I've seen her work and it is beautiful, but felt too risky to me to work with her.

I had a similar experience...she took a while to get back to me and then she sent me a weird email saying something I didn't even understand about another bride and that can work then?? . I gave up. I didn't need to be worrying about vendors' reliability when I had enough stress from wedding planning itself lol. There are many vendors that get back to you in a timely manner and do great work

It's strange - someone recommended her to me and described her as 'selective' about who she works with and that she doesn't take every wedding . . . not quite sure what that means.

I am selective too...and don't use unprofessional vendors!!!!

I'm using Nicole - I guess I was 'selected' lol. No really, she is really hard to get in touch with in the beginning. I wouldn't email, I would call. She has a really busy home life in addition to the business, and needs a new assistant. I've said that to her a couple times.

The $250 is pricey, but that includes your trial, and the prices for bridesmaids are reasonable. The trial is a good 2-3 hours, too. But you are right, it's really hard to get in touch. I went to HS with a girl who Nicole did for her wedding, and once I saw the pics on facebook, I booked her immediately! Good luck and FM me if you have any more questions on rates, etc. :)

Ahhhh! I didn't realize the 250 includes the trial - that's not too bad. I thought the trial was 150 PLUS the 250 for the day of. How much are bm hair? TIA!
