Any filipino brides having a catholic ceremony?

Does anyone know the explanation of the ceremony traditions?

I'm not filipino but one of my BMs is and when she got married in the catholic church she did the traditional veil, coins and rope. She added another reader to the program and had I think her cousin read the explanation of all teh traditions as her sponsers put the veil and the ropes on her and her DH....her DH and most of the Bridal Party arent filipino so it was a great way of everyone seeing the tradition behind her culture and understand it

Yes, I'm a filipina bride and I had a catholic ceremony with the traditional filipino traditions. I have my review in the Brides Review. There are lots of sites that explain what each of the ceremonies mean.
