Any fourth of July Brides

Any reason you picked that particular day.

i am curious if any girls are having or did have a theme to their July 4ht wedding.

We picked July 3rd because it was an off night and mostly everyone had off the next day. A lot of family & friends from out of town couldn't make it though - so that was sort of disappointing.

We picked the 5th because we needed a date in July (I'm a teacher and my sister, the MOH, is also a teacher but with June and July off). My birthday falls in the middle of July, on a Friday this year so I didn't want to get married on the same weekend. I thought the 5th was great because people who needed to travel already had the 4th off, but because it was a holiday weekend, we had a lot of declines (over 40%). We didn't have a 4th of July theme.
