I was wondering when you start to pick your menu and colors at the reception... also any reviews on weddings who have already been there

I believe the month before the wedding they will contact you about menus, linens, etc.

i'm getting married there in less than 3 weeks!!!!!

they want you to make it 1 month before the wedding but i did mine 2 months before b/c i'm anal.

i got married there in february, it was AMAZING! the food was unbelievable (or so i heard as i only had a few bites) there was SO much food at the CH thta many OOT guests thought that was the dinner!!! PLEASE let me know if you have any ??s i would be happy to answer them!
