Original post by jbirney

Went and looked at it and fell in love. Anyone getting married at giorgio's or know someone who did?

Looking for feedback!

Re: Any Giorgio's Brides?

So I am going down to long island tonight to go check out places. I have this feeling (even though I haven't seen any yet) that Giorgios might be the one. What made you choose it as your RH? What sets it apart from the others? Just wondering.
Thanks!

They offer one wedding at a time, which is nice because every other place that i looked at had other weddings going on in other rooms. It's a nice and intimate setting and the place is just absolutely gorgeous! I walked in and fell in LOVE

Maybe you could make it for another date, if you are flexible?

I would love to but I am work in a school so I need to do it during the summer. Also I am planning from OOT and we have lots of OOT guests so Thursday night would be asking too much. And I really do not want a day wedding. I am going to go look at it and then we'll see. If I fall in love with it over other places maybe I can make it work.

It is a very private setting, just as beaultiful inside as outside and Mr Giorgio is so personable. I have not booked them yet, but i want 2. I'm going for a tasting next month. I was not willing to pay anymore then 100pp but for this place my mom is willing to make an exception.

Also you have alot of options for pictures beach, garden, and golf course.

It is one of my top picks

Where else are you going to look?

I liked Giorgio's soooo much that I moved my wedding from October to November and from a Saturday night to a Friday night because it was the only day left they could accomodate me! I cant wait to have my wedding there in November!

I also highly recommend going to their Sunday brunch....its amazing!
