Re: Any Good dinner recipes?
its waaaaaaay past dinner time..but i have a recipe for you-its simple, quick, and my go-to recipe
chicken teriyake stir fry
chicken breats cut up into strips, cook them in a pan with some oil. Add 1 cup water,1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup sugar to the pan with chicken ( i usually use a deeper frying pan) in another pot i cook some veggies ( you can do anything, i'll usually do carrots, broccoli, corn, green beans) and when they're cooked, strain and add them to the pan with the chicken and soy sauce mixture. Let that continue to simmer to thinken, if you want to speed up the process you can do a constarch mixture to thinken it up. I usually place this ontop of rice ( brown or white, whatever youd like) it's seriously a 20 minute meal and it tastes delicious!!!

Re: Any Good dinner recipes?
Also too late for last night but not for tonight! These are a few things I've made and saved to my recipe files:
Easier Chicken Marsala
Ingredients: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1 beef bullon cube
Directions: -In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, garlic salt, pepper, and oregano. Dredge chicken in the mixture to lightly coat.
-Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken in the skillet for 2 minutes, or until lightly browned on one side. Turn chicken over, and add mushrooms. Cook about 2 minutes, until other side of chicken is lightly browned. Stir mushrooms so that they cook evenly.
-Pour marsala wine over the chicken and add beef bullon cube. Cover skillet and reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear
Meatloaf Ingredients -1 envelope Onion Soup Mix -2 lbs ground beef -3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs -2 eggs -3/4 cup water -1/3 cup ketchup

Mexican Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients: -1 lb chopped chicken -taco seasoning powder -8 oz jar of taco sauce -black beans (about 3/4 cup) -1/2 cup long grain rice -1 cup water -taco cheese (separated) -6 peppers (any color)
Directions: -cut the tops off of the peppers and scoop out all the seeds, rinse inside & outside of each pepper
-Preheat oven to 350
-mix the rice & the water, bring to a boil, then lower heat, cover & simmer for 20 minutes
-cook chicken according to directions on the taco mix packet, drain water when chicken is done cooking
-pour enough water in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish to coat the bottom of the dish (about 1/2 inch deep)
-mix the rice, chopped chicken, beans, taco sauce & 2 small handfuls of the taco cheese (depending on how cheesy you want your peppers) in a mixing bowl.
-generously scoop chicken mixture into the 6 peppers, cover baking dish with tin foil, bake for 1 hour.
Optional: 5 minutes before done baking, uncover and sprinkle extra taco cheese on top of the peppers

Re: Any Good dinner recipes?
something really easy was a twist on chicken cutlets... My DH loved them! (edited with the actual recipe.. I baked a little longer than 15 mins to be safe)
CRISPY ONION CHICKEN TENDERS Servings: 4 servings | Prep Time: 10 min. | Cook Time: 15 min. |
Ingredients: 2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original Fried Onions 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders or fingers 1 large egg, beaten
Directions: 1. PLACE French Fried Onions into plastic bag. Crush with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper. 2. DIP chicken into egg; then coat with crushed onions; pressing firmly to adhere. Place on baking sheet. 3. BAKE at 400 °F for 15 min. or until chicken is cooked and crispy.
Look for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle! Tips: If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips. Kids love to dip chicken tenders in honey mustard, ketchup, ranch or barbecue sauce.
