Re: Any good Florists in Suffolk County?
Renee sounds like you are just starting out! Here's what I suggest. You should do a search on the website for some things - dj's, flowers, bands, etc. The girls on here are very informed and you will find a lot of information. I suggest Spin Around Sound for a dj, I hear Tommy's Tunes is great as well. For flowers, a lot of girls use Burtons, Spitz and Peck, Flowers by Brian, Flowers by Michele - so many of them. Where are you getting married?

We're using Sugar Magnolia's in Stony Brook. Not sure if that's near Medford though.....

I checked out the Bayport flower shop. It's in their nursery. I loved the woman there and their prices were reasonable, but we went with Burtons because they were a few hundred cheaper.

I am getting married in a VFW other places are just two much money.
Call Jennifer at Petals and Ink. She does fabulous work and you won't be disappointed. She works from her home in W. Sayville and will work with you to get you exactly what you need within your budget. I wanted very specific flowers for my wedding last September, and everything was planned around them. Then, because of September 11th no flower deliveries were being made to the NY area and we thought we would have to do something else. Somehow, in spite of the tragedy, Jennifer was able get what I wanted. My day was beautiful and the flowers spectacular. I could not have been any happier.
She is listed in the LI Weddings vendor area. Give her a call. You will not be disappointed.
